Bro, everyone is new at one time or another. Do what someone above posted, and talk to the wrestling coach about any camps. Wrestling w/ a friend will just make you learn improper technique and will give you a false sense of confidense. Football and wrestling are two completely different things. In football, you're trying to push someone away from you. In wrestling, you're trying to take them in. All I suggest is working on your conditioning and get into some camps.
