Training Help

hey guys, i have always liked MMA and watching it and learning and i use to do a little BJJ but i stopped because of an injury.
i havent done BJJ in a few months and would like to know what you guys think i should do. i dont know much about training or dieting, i am not in horrible shape, i have some pretty good muscle on me i'd say and not a lot but i do have some fat that i'd like to shed.
they just opened a Fizogen MMA gym near me and i plan on going and taking some classes in BJJ and whatever else you guys think i should do.
i am a very good listener and i will do what you guys think i should. i would just like to know what to do training, dieting, and just everything i need to become a good MMA fighter and everything.
i am about 6 foot, 185ish, i dont have any weights other than two dumbells but i could get a gym membership if i should. dieting i have tried and i am pretty good, i give in usually to temptation and candy.. i got a pretty bad sweet tooth sometimes.. but i'll stick to what you guys think i should do and eat healthy and just train. new to the site but i saw training logs, so i will start one of those once i get everything down.
thanks ahead for any replys, i have work in the morning so i probably wont be on till after 5 if i dont stop at the new gym and check it out. thanks a lot though, i really appreciate the help.

i came accross FitDay.com, and it is great for tracking your diet and workouts.

Go to RossTraining - Bridging The Gap Between Ordinary and Extraordinary .......it has really good workouts for no gym. Definitely get into the MMA gym and train.

As for your weight, you are pretty close to a healthy weight for your height.

oh alright thanks a lot man, i'll check those out.
and i could get weights, but i gotta work more for the extra money but if i really should i will.
as for the weight comment, like its not out of control but i have a weak chest in my opinion, i have been trying to work it and its getting better but i need to focus more on it definitely, if i drop most of the fat and get the muscle.. you think i should fight around 185 comfortably or just do whatever is natural for me?

im in mostly the same boat. im 6'3" 200 lbs and could use some help. I have a WEAK chest bench wise and pushing wise. The only reason i stand a chance is bc im aggressive. Ive been doing a new push up routine of 200 push ups per day for 2 days on 1 day off. It has really helped me. I also weight train but the push ups have seemed to help me the most. good luck.
