hey guys, i have always liked MMA and watching it and learning and i use to do a little BJJ but i stopped because of an injury.
i havent done BJJ in a few months and would like to know what you guys think i should do. i dont know much about training or dieting, i am not in horrible shape, i have some pretty good muscle on me i'd say and not a lot but i do have some fat that i'd like to shed.
they just opened a Fizogen MMA gym near me and i plan on going and taking some classes in BJJ and whatever else you guys think i should do.
i am a very good listener and i will do what you guys think i should. i would just like to know what to do training, dieting, and just everything i need to become a good MMA fighter and everything.
i am about 6 foot, 185ish, i dont have any weights other than two dumbells but i could get a gym membership if i should. dieting i have tried and i am pretty good, i give in usually to temptation and candy.. i got a pretty bad sweet tooth sometimes.. but i'll stick to what you guys think i should do and eat healthy and just train. new to the site but i saw training logs, so i will start one of those once i get everything down.
