im only 15 and they say lifting weights stunt your growth true or not. im 5,9 and 140 i excersise but i dont lift weights all the time and i was thinkin about doin it but i heard it stunts your growth.
I'm 6'2 and started weightraining at 13.
So long as you do it properly, no problem.
