Of course youll be allot weaker, but you still lose allot of weight.
I guess. I was just worried about long term losses. Eating 2x a day will eventually slow your metabolism down and be counter productive. That and the lack of performance.

Hey Bjj Boy, if you stick your finger down your throat 2x daily as well, I bet you'll lose even more weight. Who cares how you lose weight as long as you lose it, right?

this is what i do.

(wake up at 6:30) eat banana and muscle milk then go to gym

(9:00 am) after working out. drink whey protein shake. eat 2-3 scrambled eggs and yogurt.

12:00 pm eat promax protein bar

3:00 pm eat lunch. fruit, roast beef/turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, yogurt and mixed nuts.

5:30 pm eat promax protein bar

10:00 pm eat chicken breast with lots of greans.

please notice this is my eating schedule somethings change and this is perfect for my with my workout and work schedule...it may not be perfect for you but it should help out a bit.

I have done a lot of fitness modeling and know from experience that long term incorrect dieting can have negative effects on your metabolism. Anything from fat gain, slow fat loss, muscle loss and/or no energy/strength. It took me a long time to figure out how my body worked and what would rip me up.

So yes - you can ruin your metabolism by eating x2 a day. Some people I am sure can get away with it but I cannot and neither can any of my training partners.

Are you serious? I swear you've been ignoring all the GOOD advice and listening to all the idiots/trolls advice. Try googling some diet shit man, or you're gonna be 155 lbs with a fat ass belly and man boobs.

I agree. You need a coach bud.
I am also a former wrestler with 12 yrs exp. and I can tell you that although the wrestling comes in handy it wont help against the BJJ. Take some time and get some standup skills and roll some BJJ for a while then fight. If you go in and get wiped up your first time it may affect you phsycologically for your next fights, if you fight again that is. IMO learn first then compete.
