1) Do sprints/uphill running/stairs
2) To make your left hand better just keep practicing with it. Hit the heavy bag? Shadow box? Whatever. Boxing is all about repetition.
3) As far as your diet goes, eat healthy. Eat lots of grains, veggies, chicken, fruits, fish, etc. Make sure to drink milk too.
