Training for my 1st MMA fight!
hi my name is jarrod shaw...
to let you know about my background i am very good at takedowns from previously being a wrestler and i just had my first fight scheduled for july 21st so ive been trying to work on my ground game and striking but im not sure what i should do to improve my striking ( im weak at hitting with my left ) and im dropping from 188 to 170 for the fight so ive been trying to limit myself to only water and eating fish/chicken and green beans..
what are you suggestions for diet/workout
