I just got a copy of bas rutten's mma workout tape, which includes boxing workouts, muay thai workout, all around fighting and all around workout routines.
I've only watched the video so far I plan to do the all around fighting and all around workout routines today actually.
I want to know if anyone here has tried this tape and had a good experience from it. I mean if bas rutten uses this routine like he says he does it must be good.
I'm excited about starting this because until now I havent really done anything along these lines of workouts its been mostly resistance training.
Let me know what you thought of his tape please..
