I usually use protein powder and a handful of frozen berries or a banana and a package of plain oatmeal.

lol tomorrow i think im gonna make a shake with protein and then add in a pack of instant oatmeal, but the kind that has the fruit and sugar already in it hehe

chocolate almond brownie

1scoop whey

1cup skim milk or water i like milk

1 half of a cliff chocolate brownie bar chopped up

1/4cup of chopped almonds

457calories,39g of protein,41g carbs,17g fat,8g fiber

blend



orange creamsicle i like this one in the morning

1cup of orange juice

1 scoop of vanilla whey protein

1/2cup of fat-free vanilla yogurt

blend

280calories,27g of protein,43g carbs, 1g of fat, 2g fiber
