yup...

frozen cherries, vanila extract(a dash), banana, cup of ice and a cup of water and your protein powder of choice. If you use chocolate , it's chocolate cherry. If you use vanila, it's cherry vanila. Either way, totally ace.

i have this every morning

Hector's Breakfast Shake (felt i needed to name it ) original name

6-8 ounces of water
1 scoop of protein
2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1/2 cup of oatmeal
4 ice cubes
Blend it and enjoy

460 Calories
36 grams of protein
37 carbs
21 grams of fat

(would be cool if we could get alot of recipes here and then have this stickied so post it up guys, i'm sure there has to be more out there)

A girl recently told me about avacados. I put them in my shake with vanila protein powder and I've tried it with strawberry protein powder. Good stuff. Good fats.

Favorites:

- Rush

- Kid

- The Gracie Hunter

- The Prodigy

Problem is if you wack a load of stuff in with your shake then the stuff in the shake has to compete for absorbtion sites with everything else. That means you will absorb less of the stuff in the shake and it will take longer to absorb it. Some protein shakes reconmend taking them on there own and on an empty stomach. If your taking a shake in the morning i suggest you take whey on its own so it gets in your system as quick as possible to get your body into an anabolic state. Give it 10 mins then eat some oats and a banana and that should work well.

I'm gonna keep my eye on this topic. I posted a similar one a couple of weeks back and got no replys and I need some new shakes.

I've been stuck on the milk, banana, soya protein powder for months.

Does anyone know any good ones with leafs or asparagus in?
