How much water do you consume?

Hey guys, I am currently training in Gracie Baja BJJ, and I am trying to stay in tip top shape. I usually try to drink at least one gallon of water per day. How much water do you guys recommend to drink per day to stay healthy?

yea i drink about a gallon. every night i feel my gallon jug with pure filtered water. i sleep 8-9hours, wake up and have afew drinks of my water, stretch for about 5minutes then run my selected path thru the campus ranging just short of 2 1/2 miles and usually drink alot when i get back. i then stretch again to loosen up, then begin my lifting regimen.

Gatorade is good IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED IT. Ie, serious working out and you want to replenish your body with minerals, electrolytes etc

However, the people that can't even curl the remote who drink loads of Gatorade just crack me up.
