Need help with droping weight an more
Ok where to start about 2 years ago i stoped boxing an i weighted 205lbs at about 15-17 body fat% not 2 years later i have need not training an still eating like i was now i am 225 an around 24-27 body fat%. I want to start realy really training an getting in the best shape i can anyone have any tips for cutting weight an getting in shape.
As of now i work 7am-6pm mon-sat. Im going to start working out from 4am before work i drive a truck so i can eat whenever just can heat anything up. i need to know how much to run an how much lifting to do. i just need alittle help so if u have any tips or good workouts pls help ty
