Depends on your overall caloric intake.
If you're in an surplus, you will gain. If you have a deficit, you will lose.
bw x 15= maintainence eat that exercise weights obviously and maybe a bit of cardio, subtract those burned calories for your deficit. You'll lean out overtime.
