from xyience currently has my protein shake, If I was going to use this little shake idea should I switch over to the whey protein listed above or is the xyience product just as good?

so if u combine it with the 2 tbsp peanut butter it comes out to 300-350 calories or so, is it meant to be a meal replacement?

would it fill u up long enough to be a weight loss aid?

please don't tell me isopure is $35 for a little midget can at GNC or something

Nice thread TREY, I'll have to try this out. I currently just use Body Fortress 100% Premium Whey (Chocolate flavored), it has 23 grams of protein per scoop and I blend it with plain old chocolate milk, and it is really tasty. But I love oatmeal, and bananas, and peanut butter, so I'll have to try this out. It might be good with a carrot also. I doubt you would taste it and the Vitamin A and beta carotene definately will add to the nutrition

Of course I've never put a carrot in the blender so I don't know if it will work good or not.

K I just made one and I gotta say it's not too shabby. I didn't have a banana so I used milk, chocolate protein powder, and a packet of banana bread flavored oatmeal. It was the only one I could imagine tasting decent with chocolate flavored powder. It's not that bad. I'll drink it. I'm getting full already I'm only half way done. Thanks for this though, I never thought about adding oatmeal.

It makes your lips a bit crusty though.

Haha yeah don't forget to wipe afterward or you end up looking a bit questionable.

Not a bad shake, but I would reccomend using regular oats (no added sugar).
