Yes. I highly recommend it.

5x5 stength training doesn't transition to MMA well, what you need is a good 3x12 workout to induce muscle hypertrophy and a high protein diet.

so the 5x5 is for building big an 3x12 is more for less bulky building

No! 5x5 is for strength, 3x12 is for bodybuilding

Are you being sarcastic? :dunno: 5x5 strength training transitions VERY well into MMA, a 3x12 workout with a high protein diet does not.

Hah I was just messing with ya.
I spent today running around with a heavy bag filled with old acrylic weights and padding working my core.

Boxxer 5x5 is a great strength workout, but you should do endurance work aswell.
