I thought I'd start this thread to see if it could motivate me and others to train harder.
Basically I would like someone to post a routine or follow mine and we'll try and progress and post our results. I keep missing routines, and whimping out, say I could bang out 250 press ups non stop 2 years ago, now I hardly manage 80, I can bench ~95kg, I could do around 150kg. So I feel like I may be done for, thats why I need motivating, cos I can't get it back, (haven't managed it so far). Thanks will post routines if anyone is interested.
