What is best ??3,4,5,6

how many days a week should u work out an what is a good workout i mean what do u do each day back ,bi's tri's im just not sure what one to do with what one. thanks guys im doing chest bi's tri's abs shoulders one day an legs back next not sure if it is right though

If you're talking about lifting a probably wouldn't go past much past four. M W F Sat or MT RF or M T R Sat all work for days of the week. You want to spread out your sessions to be sure and let the micro-tears you cause each time to heal. If you go back to back days then upper body one day lower body the next work well. Don't stress the same muscle group consecutively, because you'll start to see diminishing returns (doing 100 curls everyday for a week doesn't necessarily yield better results than 100 MWF because you won't have time to recover). I Try to weight train MWF run TR mix it up a little on Sat so maybe play a pick-up game of Lacrosse or go Kayaking to break up the monotony then I leave Sunday alone and recover.

Ok so either do a 2on 1 off 2 on 1 off or mon,wed,fri,sun ect. ok got that now what is a good split that hits it all good that is what im worried about the most not hitting a body part good enough. thanks guys
