Russain Bear Weight Gainer?

I was talking to this guy yesterday at my gym and heard i had been trying to gain weight. He told about Russian Bear. A 5000 calorie weight gainer that you mix with a gallon of milk and drink throughout the day. He told me he gained about 8 pound after the first 2 weeks.

Anybody know anything about it? I saw it at Vitamin Shoppe and its only $20. Should I bother trying it?

Hi

From my rememberance a few lads who trialed this on a BB forum i used to visit had digestive problems.
We used to get products given to us for free to test and these lads had stomach pains and both were going to the toilet quite regularly.
This was like two years ago now so they may of improved the product.

Anyway i'd recommend CytoGainer for visible gains.

5,000 calories? If you're really serious about gaining weight you would just eat a lot and eat healthy, but you can go the easy way out and buy some 'weight gainer'. It makes no difference to me but obviously the natural way is healthier, more beneficial, and more productive. Drinking weight gainer is like doing roids, once you stop, you lose your shit.

The 8lb in 2 weeks, was it good weight or was it just pure fat?

No he said they were lean gains. He also said his bench press, squat, an deadlifts went up a little too.

I think drinking the gallon of milk would gain the weight alone. How lean could that be......
