First, fat doesn't turn into muscle. Nor does muscle turn into fat.
bw x 15 = calories to eat, if you need a couple more or less, tweak it to your needs. Just don't over or under do it.
Hit the weights, full body workouts. Some cardio. Try different thigns and find what works for you. Some sprints, distance running, or a few jogs a week.
Diet, get your macros in check. (carbs, proteins, fats(healthy) )
Your daily intake should be about
: 3465
Shoot for 1g of protein per lb of bw
Complex carbs (whole grains, beans, etc) morning
and simple carbs post workout, with a whey shake
get one meal with some EFAs in in the morning or something and your last one.
EAT EVERY 2-3 hours. This keeps your metabolism running fast.
So 6 meals, space them every 2-3 hours. That's ABOUT 577 calories a meal.
