You are 15 so you don't have to train full on just yet, wait a until you are old enough to drive for that.

Do cardio, strength training etc. and join a MMA gym or join a Martial Arts school whether it be Jiu Jitsu, Judo or Boxing. Do whatever you want to do but check to see if it is right before you do it.

My best tip would be dont over do anything and mess yourself up at a young age.

do u wrestle? I not, I would start wrestling. Not only does it help with MMA in your takedowns, but it helps with body awareness. For example, when your on bottom and you feel the weight shift of your opponent. Thats helps a ton when reversing.

Well lean cuisine frozen dinners are full of preservatives (NO good)

And there are a ton of good foods, obviously fresh vegetables and fruits are all good, boiled eggs are a good snack.

Ya need to stay away from the pre packaged meals, and the best meat to eat is chicken, with nothin on it!

And when ya eat, it is good to space it out like have 6 smaller meals a day rather than 3 meals a day.

If ya truely h-core about loosing weight I could give you a diet program, however there is a couple days where you literally have to starve yourself.
