Ohhhhh i definitely should have been more specific. I dont have any tape around, but i remember measuring myself in gym class last semester and i was 168cm. I'm positive that it translates to about 5'6" or so. My body is pretty proportionate but my legs are a little (slightly), longer than what is the norm of a person my size. I take a 32-34 leg, and a 32 waist. My wingspan from fingertip to finger tip, is 71 inches. Im about 15% body fat but that was literally a year or more ago. Right now, my weight fluctuates from about 147lbs to 154lbs and thats without any weight loss what-so-ever. I do not want to lose any of my muscle mass. I may lose a few pounds of fat, but on sheer dehydration, how much shouold i cut, and how long before a fight should it take me to reach the determined weight.
