That drink isn't gonna make you buff.
Post your height/weight, bf % or a pic (blur face out if you want) , and goal weight.
bw x 15, plus 250-500 extra. if you are gaining fat, less. if no muscle, a few more. it's just a ballpark.
Divide those calories up over 5-7 meals.
75 % to 85 % should be clean. (not junk) a bit of junk is okay but not bad junk.
no soda because your body gets nothing from it.
if you ate say some fast food, at least you got a bit of carbs and protein, but rarely or never.
complex carbs early, before/during split complex/simple, then proteins more simple as the night goes in.
8 hours of sleep.
ohh, and heavy ass weights.
