Sounds fine. I'd be careful about not getting TOO MUCH sodium because of the excess water retention it causes, and I wouldn't live off that, but it looks fine.

Saturated fats are precursors to testosterone production so they are fine. (IN reasonable amounts)

If you want to get rid of the carbs I would just make a chicken parmesan. Which is basically chicken pasta minus the pasta.

What's wrong with carbs? You carbs for energy. If he's working on cutting body fat, he should just not eat heavy loads of carbs at night.

it's alright for a guy but most women are not going to eat that many calories in 1 meal if they're trying to lose weight which they usually are

That's why women are (mostly) skinny fat though. When you starve your body, the body coverts whatever it can to body fat because it's trying to survive. Just cuz the scale goes up or down don't mean shiit.,..
