Explain to me EXACTLY how nutrition is different? Please do enlighten me as to what changes between PRE/PWO nutrition, recovery and performance? There are about 100 articles are grappling/mma AND entire forum sections+nutrition sections with VERY well educated athletes/bodybuilders.
