BB.com is great FOR BODYBUILDING.

Athletic performance and looking buff are different games, sir.
If you took more then five seconds to look through the site, you would see how DUMB you look.

Explain to me EXACTLY how nutrition is different? Please do enlighten me as to what changes between PRE/PWO nutrition, recovery and performance? There are about 100 articles are grappling/mma AND entire forum sections+nutrition sections with VERY well educated athletes/bodybuilders.

K, this thread turned into a bash kyle1 thread, lol.
Kyle1 might be a little edgy, but he does give out helpful information...can't discredit him for that...

Someone should close this thread, lol.

1. I'm happy to back up anything I post.
2. I try to help folks, not start flame threads like you.
3. I'm not going to post a damn thing for you. You've got BB.com for everything you need. Right?
