Hey guys, i've been training mma for a little while now, and i still don't have good cardio, mainly bc i can't run long distance, but does anyone know how to get good cardio? like more than just running a mile..and is there any way possible to take hits better and stuff, like how do you just forget the pain like everyother UFC fighter does. Thanks.

You can't forget the pain. Professional MMA fighters like the UFC fighters are conditioned.

Google search "Fight conditioning" to get some articles on it.

Run on the treadmill, swim, run stairs, run in bursts, train hard, do various drills, skip rope.

Best thing to do is consult a physical trainer who can evaluate you and tell you what to do.
