because of your age i would say go to the most natural weight. if you were older i would say 135 with out question, but your body is going to start getting bigger so i wouldnt do alot of weight cutting. you may end up being 200ibs by the time your 25, so who knows. i know when i was 17 i was 165, when i was 18 i got up to 245....so really your going to be doing alot of changing in the next couple years....
