Vitamins or Minerals?

Hey guys, I just wanted to know which vitamins or minerals to you guys use? I wanna buy some from GNC i just dont know which ones actually work. Any replys would be great, thanks.

just go to the health food store or supermarket and buy a general mutivitamin. or "mens vitamin"

same thing , just a ton cheaper

Fish oil with omega 3, greens tablets and a general multivitamin are good to take.

all the vitamins and minerals may be found in a well balanced diet.. there maybe some that a regular diet may lack so its better to have your regular food intake analyzed by a nutritionist/registered dietitian...

Agreed, but on the Multivitamins make sure you don't get one with too much Iron in it. Too much Iron is a pretty bad thing and gives you health issues. I actually just read this yesterday.
