Diet while training

Hey everyone, im new to the forums but I was just curious on what everyone takes while you are a training for a fight? Currently my diet is only water/no bread/no fried, premade, fast, frozen foods. And I take 3 protein shakes a day with a small breakfast like egg whites or cereal (protein shake) then a protein shake/yogurt or fruit for lunch, maybe a salad later then meat/greans for dinner etc. Just curious on if I should try somethin else, maybe somethin better?

Seems like you're eating to little. How old are you.

I wouldn't but I can honestly say... I always wondered what blood doping would be like.

Odd, this responce was suppose to go into the Roid post.

I would assume more energy and not as tired/sore the next day or after your workout?

Eat more, focus less on protein shakes.

i agree. you def. need to eat more. if you starve yourself you're going to start to cut away at muscle.

The fast, frozen foods probably aren't healthy stuff either. What do you mean, pogos and burritos down at the Quickie mart?
