1. You play football.
2. You have no idea what supplements to take.
3. You leg press 500 lbs at 15 yrs old.

yeah, i play football, ive taken creatine for 2 years, and i leg press 500. yah that about covers it! and for the person who was wondering how much i weiged, i weigh 166 right now. and been lifing for liek 2 years.

its like squat*1.8 = leg press, obviously it varies, but its a good estimate.
