Leg Presses are very easy to max out. So do squats.

You don't think i can leg press 500 at age 15, im a center in football, and ive been a runningback so they made me work out on my legs like non stop, and yah i have witnesses. But ill start doing some squats, and can i do squats and leg presses or no?

One of my wife's cousins, at 15, was 6'3, weighed close to 300 pounds, could do ENORMOUS weights at whatever you chose, and practically *was* the entire football team at his high school.

Years ago, I knew a 12-year old kid that was 6 feet, 220 pounds. Insane.

the force to push 500lbs on a standard leg press is the same force required to live 277lbs on squat with a free-bar and proper form.

Your a strong kid, how much do you weigh? I have lifted since 11years old and at 15 I was lifting about this much.
