Legs

hey guys, i just turned 15 like a month ago, and right now i can leg press 500 pounds 5 times...is that bad or do i have weak legs for my age?? and if so, how do i get them stronger thanks

Leg Presses are very easy to max out. So do squats.

You don't think i can leg press 500 at age 15, im a center in football, and ive been a runningback so they made me work out on my legs like non stop, and yah i have witnesses. But ill start doing some squats, and can i do squats and leg presses or no?

One of my wife's cousins, at 15, was 6'3, weighed close to 300 pounds, could do ENORMOUS weights at whatever you chose, and practically *was* the entire football team at his high school.

Years ago, I knew a 12-year old kid that was 6 feet, 220 pounds. Insane.

Yah, its really not that much weight if you think about it. Anyone know any kind of supplements I can get?

I just started taking this new protein shake called nitro-tech or cell tech... its one of those two, im too lazy to run check right now. But i think this stuff is really helping me.

ON 100% Optiumum Whey. Uber tasty. Good with milk or yogurt. Get the Double Rich Chocolate or Strawberry.

the force to push 500lbs on a standard leg press is the same force required to live 277lbs on squat with a free-bar and proper form.

Your a strong kid, how much do you weigh? I have lifted since 11years old and at 15 I was lifting about this much.
