What supplements for Muah Thai???
I don't lift weights, I take Muay Thai 5 days a week 2 1/2 hrs a night and wondering what are some good supplements for me to take with recovery and my conditioning. I figured Creatine is out of the question without weight training but what about Whey Protein and stuff like that? Another thing is that my class gets out around 9:30 everynight and need to be asleep by 11:00 to go to work in the morning so I don't wanna take something that will keep me up all night. I used to take Myoplex Supplements when I lifted weights. Wonder if those would be good for what I need now too?
