Taking 75g of sugar is more than two sodas combined. That's an excellent way to set up the ability to store fat. or cavities in your mouth.
25-35 of sugar IS MAX for one sitting and you shouldn't be taking in tons of sugar.
Remember, it only replenishes liver gycogen. not muscle. complex carbs are your friend.
