What do you guys think of muscle milk? I've heard it's good but I don't know a lot about anything that isn't a vitamin.

It's a casein blend meant for hard gainers to consume before bed. It's a slow digesting protein with alot of calories.

Just take a half serving PWO.

Taking 75g of sugar is more than two sodas combined. That's an excellent way to set up the ability to store fat. or cavities in your mouth.

25-35 of sugar IS MAX for one sitting and you shouldn't be taking in tons of sugar.

Remember, it only replenishes liver gycogen. not muscle. complex carbs are your friend.
you got it wrong man, dextrose is perfect for replenishing muscle glycogen. Its actually horrible at replening liver.

You don t need to use Weight gainers or hard gainer, you can transform a low in fat protein in a weight gainer just by adding a banana in your blender, adds the carbs needed. One other thing that you should do is eat 6 meals a day. smaller portions more often. eat enough not to be hungry don t eat to be full and always eat before you get hungry . Honestly you have to know your body in order to be able to figure out what works for you. I normally walk at about 195lbs, i went down to about 175lbs in a couple of months, it only took me about 3 weeks to gain that weight back and its not fat that i put on. Try different things and you will figure out what works for you.

Well you certainly did not gain 20 lbs of muscle in 3 weeks.

I've used it before, some people love it. I don't like all that saturated fat/sugar content though. It's approx 8g saturated fat for one serving.

It helps you to keep alert during training and is said to help fat burning a little bit. If you don't feel sleepy you don't need it.
