Caffeine? Should i take BOTH creatine and the whey protein? Like i already drink Cell-Tech after each workout, so i should start making meal replacements with the whey protein?

Whey, Creatine Monohydrate, Flax Oil/Fish Oil, Multi, Glutamine(can be expensive, but helps recovery). These are in no particular order.

It works, but is WAY overpriced and WAYYYY TOO MUCH SUGAR. About half that sugar would be fine.


Quality multi, whey and casein, fish oil, creatine

if you really want to go wild, a Nitric Oxide product like NO Shotgun or White Flood. though it';s cheaper to buy caffine pills
