a) Really depends on how far. You shouldn't run on an empty stomach but if you only run a mile or so it wont hurt too much.

b) Again really depends on how far and what you eat during the day. You will lose water weight as you sweat but you will only lose body weight if you run far/hard enough to burn those calories.

c) Punching power is more hip rotation than anything. Lifting weights certainly doesnt lower your power or all boxers would be featherweights.

d) Same as (c) really, as long as you keep hitting that speedbag/heavybag with proper form you will be fine.

e) To a certain degree yes. You can do clap/weighted pushups, weighted pullups and weighted situps. But eventually it will plateau. To add muscle you need to lift heavy things, eventually your body will adapt to your body weight and it will not grow any bigger unless you add more weight.

I'd go with some oatmeal and eggs. Or another form of whole grains. I'd ditch the milk before running or working out. Drink milk post-workout.

It was (more or less) exactly the same as Honra's. Besides, he's more knowledgable than I am. lol.

Are you eating it raw or with milk? No milk before working out, just after work outs.

If you're going to eat cereal id suggest something like.. Plain Cheerios, Wheaties, Fiber One or the Kashi brands.
