hey guys how ya doin?. well im getting confused here are some questions.(the first question is for my friend)
(a)is it true that if i am skinny and run on an empty stomach il burn muscle? and if yes what should i eat?
(b)i run just to get stamina but i will lose weight right? is there a way to run without losing weight?
(c)i heard that if i do weights my punches will get weaker i dont think its true what yous think?
(d)if i have big biceps and triceps will my punches get slower?
(e)(this one is for my friend too) well my friend asked me can i get muscles by doing pushups,situps and pullups?
