First of all let me just say anything made by Xyience or Muscletech (with the exception of Gakic) is crap. Xyience is way overpriced and you can get a better pre workout creatine/ Nitric Oxide for nearly half of it.

This is my supplement intake stack

(Let it be know I do weight train and do MMA training Muay Thai and BJJ regularly, it sounds like a lot but it really isn't

Morning Upon Waking
4 Tabs of Gaspari Nutrition Size On (Creatine and Sustained Released Nitric Oxide)

With Breakfast (6 eggs (2 wholes 4 whites) oatmeal, and 1 apple)
1 Cap Fish Oil (heart and cardiovascular health)
2 Caps Flaxeed Oil (heart and cardiovascualr health)
1 Cap Liver Support formula

30 mintutes after workout

1 Universal Animal Pak (Multivitamin)


Before Workout
2 Scoops BSN NOXplode or 1 1/2 Scoop of Controlled Labs White Flood (depending on how intense I plan on lifting I'll use White Flood for hardcore workouts)

4 Capsules Sci Fit Kreation (Creatine, Caffiene, Arginine)

6 Capsules Muscletech Gakic (delays muscle fatigue and reduces lactic acid buildup)


Post Workout

3 BCAA Capusles (prevent muscle breakdown and aid recovery)
4 Tabs SizeOn (creatine and sustained release Nitric Oxide)
2 Scoops ON Whey Protein (with banana and oatmeal)


Lunch (Fish or Chicken with Rice)

with my meal I also take 1 packet of Emerald Balance


Snacks (every 2 hours)

1 Packet of Tuna with Relish) (great source of protein, very cheap)

or

Whey Protein Shake

or

1 PB Sandwich on Wheat Bread with a glass of milk


Dinner (fish or Steak with Rice and a baked potato or Pasta with Red Sauce)

1 Liver Support
2 Flaxeed Oil
1 Fish Oil


Snacks

Whey Protein
Myoplex Bar (protein)
Myoplex RTD (protein)

or

PB Sanwich with Milk


Before Bed
3 BCAA capsules
2 Capsules of Valarian Root (promotes sleep and relaxation)
1 Scoop BSN Lean Dessert Protein (feeds your muscles BCAA's for up to 12 hours while you sleep)


Let also be know that I drink at least 1 gallon of water a day

since my creatine bottle says take 5 capsules after workout can i take 5 before and whey after? or how should i take my creatine

What is the creatine product called?

There are some Creatine Products that are meant for use pre workout and post workout. Stuff like N.O. Xxplode, or Powdered Creatine Mono is usually taken before your workout. Stuff like Cellmass, SizeOn can be used for post workout.


If you wanted you could take it before and after or maybe split the dosages.

Until I now what it is your taking I may be able tot give you better advice.

If I can't help you go this site and make a thread. there are a lot of guys there that probabkly know a lot more that i do.

Yo man, question about sizeon. I plan on getting some soon. Umm, why use tabs instead of powder? What's the difference in effect or price or what? Also, does sustained NO release mean over the day so to speak instead of just for a while PWO?

Well for the tabs the instructuon says take 8 pills upon waking on an empty stomach but I don't think it really makes a difference.

So now I take 4 in the morning and 4 after my workout for recovery. I'm not sure if it really is sustained released, but when I take it in the morning I feel the pump all day as well as vascularity.

I only chose the tabs becuase when I went to get it they only had the pill form.

The guy that suggested it told me that he uses the SizeOn powder and he says your supposed to drink it before, during and after your workout.

Alrighty. I plan on trying the powder since I hate pills. I can't imagine a massive difference outside of a capsul taking a tad longer because there's more to disolve so you may not get AS MUCH as if you put straight powder in ya.

Yeah thats me.

I would have rather gotten the powder personally. The one thing I don't like about the pill for is the nasty burps you get with that terrible aftertaste after taking them

I've been usuing it for about 4 weeks now. I don't know if it's because of SizeOn but I went from benching 115 regular to 145 regular and i've put on 2 pounds of lean mass.

I will tell you though, I've tried BSN Cellmass and SizeOn is head and shoulders better in everway.
