Supplement Question?

alright i was just curious, ive been on creatine for about 3 months and i like it, but im gonna start using whey. My question is, can I use both? Or is it better to use one or the other.

no only creatine, i was on the powder, finished that and ive been on the creatine pills for about a month, and gonna buy more pills and whey tomorrow

There's no problem taking a both. I tend to take them at different times though because I read somewhere that Creatine is absorbed the same way as Whey and other amino acids, so if you take them at once you waste a lot of it as it passes through you. For intance don't take Glutamine and Creatine at the same time as you'll just pass a lot of it through you.

I take both. There is no harm at all just make sure you drink a lot of water when you use creatine. Use Creating for Pre Workout and Whey for post workout and whenever you get hungry just mix up a shake.

BTW what Creatine Supp are you taking. Some are better than others. It it Pure Monohydrate Creatine or another form? (CEE, Kre-Alkalyn)

Sci-Fit Kreation

For Whey Protein there is only one way to go

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein

I TOOK the following:

nox-cg3 (pre workout)
xyience NGF - (30min before breakfest and 30min before sleep)
xyience protein - pre workout/post workout
GNC mega man sport - preworkout

and its all worked out fine, now I am off of the nox-cg3 and NGF for like a month then ill start back on them.

whey/glutamine do not compete with creatine for absorbtion. I would suggest you dont get creatine capsules, they are over priced for the amount you get. I suggest you get a can of creatine monohydrate that says "creapure" on it (Universal, Prolab, ect).

ok creatine pre and whey post got it. I use monohydrate capsules, i did use the powder but the taste sucked and i hated makin the shakes because they suck, so i switched to capsules only 20 bucks for a little over a month, i think they work the same.

Dude get nox-cg3 ( I use lemon lime and the blue one), it works very very well and it tastes fine...not like omg this is good but tasty and good enough to drink it
