Calories burned per Thai workout/BJJ workout

How many calories ballpark do you think are burned during a good thai kickboxing workout (1 hour class) and a good BJJ workout (1 hour class)?

I'm thinking around 500 calories burned per workout... I'm trying to figure out the best nutritional gameplan to combat the drop in calories without going too far and putting on extra weight.

Depends on the class. If you are doing a Cardio Kickboxing class, it will probably be higher, but if you are doing a technical class it will probably be less.

I probably burn over 1200 calories during my Muay Thai Classes which usually go for about 2 1/2 hours

900 seems pretty high unless the whole class consists of running 3 miles in 18 minutes for cardio then a bunch of hardcore drills and sparring and shit
