Talking Need the MMA LOOK!

Yeah im 17 years old i live in riverside, ca. I want to workout and eat right. I want the mma body look not the body builder look. I am currently training boxing right now but it doesnt help much in getting my body in shape. I can puch hard but i need the bodyi am fat. I weigh 177 and height imna measure myself later. Is there a good mma place to train in riverside, ca?

There's a kickboxing/boxing place here in Moreno Valley. When I checked it out they also had mats for grappling. Ring, bags, mats, and weights. The kickboxing coach seems real good. If you're interested let me know and I'll give you the name of the place and location.

I just wanted some tips of excersises i know mma is expensive. Im in boxing right now i can leave that. Just tell me how to get the body.

chicken breast, Fish, greens, protein and good carbs like rice. To burn your weight run and jump rope. To work on the body do some weight training. Sweat alot and drink alot of water. No fast food or grease, Alchohol. Keep a good routine and increase it as often as you feel comfterble. But make sure not to over do it.

You don't need MMA to get the body you want. And this forum is probably the last place you'd want to turn to for advice on how to look good.

Ive noticed when I drink a bit one night and then train the next it makes me a bit slower during training. Also seems like I sweat a little bit more. Doesnt seem like its worth it.
