Workout routine & supplements for beginners
I haven't lifted in nearly 10 years, but recently got back into it with the new popularity of MMA. I was hoping that some of the veterans could give me a few pointers on good workout routines for beginners (upper body, abs, legs, cardio…) as well as good supplements to use. I’m looking into the Xyience XM2. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Ok you can get bulk leucine for like 1/10 of the price of leucic. Begininerers first thing you need to get in order is your diet and training. SUpplements just that, to supplement good diet and training, not make up for lack of it. This will get you a lot farther and a lot faster. Everyone turns to sups right away cuz they are lazy and looking for instant gratification of a magic pill. it doesn't exist.
We need more details to help you with yoru workout, how often, how much time, etc. |
