Training advice

Hey, wrestling season is coming up in a few months and i wanna have really good endurance this year. Any1 know really good endurance training regimes?

Weight circuit training. HIIT (30 sprint , 30 second run) repeat for about 5-15 minutes.

Be able to run 1 mile for every minute on the mat.
If I can use my football field, I like to sprint 25, jog 60 and sprint the last 15.

Do that enough and you'll be good.
