Losing weight in sauna.

I know losing weight is more about diet and exercise but I have a sauna at my house and my dad says its the wrong way to lose weight.

I'm currently

5'9
138 lbs
14 yrs.

Any other information I can provide.

Losing weight via a sauna is losing weight through dehydration and is a quick way to get yourself hospitalized. 5'9" at 138lbs? Dude, you've still got a lot of growing to do.

Ya I wouldnt even workout until your about 16-17..you will ruin your development. Just do alot of physical sports, etc and the sauan does boast your metabolism but its more for the use of relaxation and getting those muscles that yuo just worked hard or that are sore to loosen up and relax.
