EAS is good, and it tastes better than most, but there are so many kinds out there you can't really go wrong. Any multi's are good, but make sure they have the USP. I can't stress how important that is. I did some research on a friend's generic multi that he got at Fred Meyer. Not only did it not have the USP, the company had NO credentials to find on the internet, except I did find that the company was run by 4 people. The real issue is that there's no telling how accurate the facts are on the bottle if they're not being regulated.
Centrum has the USP label and it's affordable. My advice is to not go generic unless it's a USP approved multi.

I'll probably go with one of those two and the centrum. ANd since I'm new to this when do I take the whey protien? When I get up, before I workout, or after I work out? And what do I mix it with since its a powder? ANd how much do I take because david You said to take 225 grams, but this website I should take 25 grams. Bodybuilding.com - Whey Protein Information and Product Listing! Whey Protein FAQ!
Thanks Again for the help.

You should be getting a total of around 225 grams of protein per day if you are trying to gain mass. Figure out how much protein you are getting in your diet, and fill in the difference with the protein drink. Say you get 100g per day in food, you need 125g additional throughout the day from your protein drink. If you eat 5x per day, you could have a protein shake at each meal, I'm guessing at about 25g protein per drink. Make sure you have one after working out. The mix depends on what kind you get. I mix mine with water, but do whatever you need to do to choke it down. Sometimes it's pretty nasty, especially if you know you have to drink it all day.

Honestly, you should not be trying to bulk up at 15. Maybe at 18. There's a lot of controversy about whether or not "bodybuilding" affects human growth at a young age, and I would not mess with it. I encourage you to lift and get your body used to resistance exercise, but I would stay away from most supplements. I suggest you stick with the multivitamin idea, especially since I remember my diet sucking when I was a teenager. The multi will fill in the gaps in your diet, and keep your body functioning correctly. Protein would probably not hurt you, but it costs money, and you should be eating a ton at your age anyway.

So I'm going to go Optimum 100% Whey Protein double rich chocolate. So I just mix it water, but how much water? Also if I were to get this Bodybuilding.com - BSN NO-Xplode - Extreme Nitric Oxide & Creatine Surge! On sale now! how much should I take at first to get used to this. And I have been working out 5-6 days a week is this good or do I need to make it only 5 days so my body has more time to recover?
