Make me a diet plan

I am 16, 5''10, 210 i work out everyday and take hydroxycut and some other shit. It has been hard for me to stick to a good diet becasue i live in a foster home so give me a daily diet plan thanks.

start running i am 16 but 5 10 or 5 9 160 pounds try to eat more vegetables or fruit when your hungry thats all i can say hope it helps.

Cardio my friend. Get that body sweating. At least 5 days out of the week is my philosophy. Eat lean meats and fruits. For example a healthy meal I would eat would consist of 1chicken breast w/bbq or ketchup, 1fruit cup, glass of water. Another favorite filling yet healthy meal is a sandwich with just turkey meat and whole grain bread no mayo or butter, along with some baked snacks like baked chips makes for a good meal thats low in calories. Just eat clean my friend, even if you don't stick with it 100% you will still see results with a decent diet. Healthy choices.............

what type of foods do you have available to you? I take it you want to loose weight because your taking that hydracut bullshit.... since you want to loose wieght you have be in a calorie deficit... I would start off consuming roughly 2500 calories a day... tell me what foods you have avaiable and i will try to help you bro

well were i am living they are fat asses amd eat shit. Latly i have eben try to eat cerial int he morning 6'' sub at lunch a sum sort of meat for supper and then i snack all day on non-salted nuts.

ya me too

My family eats a bunch of junk andi cant stand it only because i often find myself eating the same things and ialways feel like crap afterwards. Im only 13 but i could kik anyone in my age groups butt. I run a 5:30 mile and can lift 25 pound weights and bench 55 pounds. Any tips.

Your age
Quit the hydroxycut
Play Sports/Do Cardio(medium intensity for maybe an hour)
Spread meals out evenly throughout the day
Reduce/Stop eating those nuts all day, very calorie dense.
Drink a lot of water
Be patient... it'll go. If not, you're simply not putting enough effort into it.

I was the same at your age, felt depressed after eating a pizza..(was not overweight btw)

what would you prefer eating?

and don't be so cocky.. you couldn't kick anyone's your age butt. i benching 100 when i was 13

wow really? cool, but i didnt mean beating them by strength. Everyone my age thinks that is what its all about but as has been said before, good technique will beat strength anyday of the week.

and as for the eating thing i wouldnt mine pizza every other week or so but i usually try to snack on fruit or some celery but we usually dont have a lot of it at my house. I have to sometimes go shopping with my parents and ask them for it.

Your right i shouldnt be so cocky, i regret saying that.
