Tito Ortiz

Tito Ortiz has great conditioning. Ever since he lost to Frank Shamrock, he realized how important conditioning was, and improved on it. In TUF 3, he conditioned his fighters well. He wasn't like Liddell, Franklin, or K.Shamrock (other coaches in TUF) Those guys really didn't take any of their fighters under their wing and teach them signature moves or anything like that. Tito really stepped up in TUF3 and proved how good of a coach he is, how well conditioned he is, and how mature he has become. Tito goes through some tough training before a fight though. He does intense conditioning of course; lots of cardio, running, walking around in a circle, etc. Then intense training on the ground. He's at his best when he's on top of his opponent grounding and pounding him. He gets at that position with his vicious takedowns, and that's where his training really comes in, suposedly he really works on those takedowns, so that's probably why he's so effective with them in real UFC events.

it will happen :cheeky4:

Tito forsure showed his true colours on TUF 3 , excellent coach , excellent fighter who takes his job very serious

Tito will not put Chuck Liddell on the ground. He doesn't have Randleman's power, much less Rampage's.

Tito's cardio is awesome and he's one of the smarter fighters around today, as much of an attitude as he has.
