BJJ torney wanna drop weight

I am trying to prepare for a BJJ tornament on November 18. I don't know my weight and I want it to be as acurate as possible, I have a scale at home, but I don't know how accurate it is. At my aunts house they have the one that they use in the Doctors office. So which one is better?
As soon as I know my weight I can start gauging how much I need to lose and will log excersice and training here.

Finding an accurate scale is sort of a crapshoot. Unless you have one that's been *recently* certified, you don't really know. Some doctors' office scales are very accurate, some are off - I've seen where two of them would not give the same weight.

The real crapshoot question is... will the scale they use at the tourney be accurate?
