Krav Maga (KM) is great, have been training at PHX KM for little over a year.
Started with their self defense & cardio program, it is "killer" pun intended.
You can learn quickly, and it will definetly get you in super shape (if you do 3 - 5 classes a week)
I am now in KM Fight program, I do fight conditioning, boxing, kickboxing and ground once a week, with a "let's put it all together class on Sat.
Bottom line, if you want to learn how to defend yourself real world, KM is a fantastic, and if you want to learn to MMA fight, then KM has it all.
