Opinions on 'Ultra Fuel' Energy Sports Drink
Wondering if this is something I should be including in my diet. Quick background, I dont eat any added sugar (meaning only naturally occuring sugars in fruit)
I drink this sometimes before I rollerblade (its 6.2 miles, very hilly) and I am skating for less than 30 minutes.
I read that you don't get an insulin spike due to sugar intake if physical exercise is involved.
Details:
One Serving: combined with 16oz water
Calories: 400
Carbohydrate: 100g
Sugars: 29g
The rest is a schmorgasborg of vitamins (@100%DV) : C, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, biotin, pantothenic acid (1000%DV), magnesium, chromium and trace potassium (%3DV)
Opinions will be much appreciated, thanks.
