paingame420 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Itd be hard to post my diet because its never the same but i think its ok. but quick qustion whats the best thing to take in after an mma workout consisting of jit-jitsu,plyos,pushups,sparring,and of course lots of cardio. i usually just take in a protein shake and milk but im not sure if milk is enough to replace my carbs.

Defenitly dont have that many days off. I believe your body will get lazy by the third day just like forgeting about something your body will start falling out of workout mode. Also if you get tired during lifting work on what you eat that day before it. Maybe shoot for more carbs or caffiene to give you a boost.

i can't contribute much more since everyone seems to have hit it on the head (collectively).

I can reccomend a few things that helped me though. I started drinking these smoothie drinks, the brand name is Naked and they make several energy and antioxidant drinks. The energy drinks work sooooo much better than regular energy drinks because they provide more bioavailable vitamins boosted with a natural source of caffeine.i dont mean to go all bio-chem. on ya, it just means that your body recognizes and utilizes the vitamins better than it would if you took the vitamins in pill form. it has to do with enzymes... i wont go into it. They are also USDA Organic and one 8oz bottle has a whole days serving of fruits in them. I work two jobs, go to school full time and train MMA as well. Since I started drinking these drinks i've been tired less often. I hate to be a brand whore (too late for that i guess. Granted, i'm not syaing they are magic and i'm definitely not saying that these alone will help- but these combined with the other suggestions here might help.
