lower your calorie intake to 12-1500 for a while. that will drop you pretty quick. make sure to eat nutritious at the same time.

also, dont fight so far below your usual weight. losing 20lbs in less than 2-3 months is bad for your body. it will severely and adversely affect your metabolism and send your body into a sort of shock. it can leave you fatigued and dehydrated.
