Okay, so I've tried some things and thanks a lot for the help everybody.
I had a good workout going on Saturday, but I severely strained my ankle at the end of the day and it is a lot better, but not one hundred percent. I'm going to go back to the training this weekend. No punching bag, but I want one. The thing is, my neighbor's basketball goal has a padding around it and it's shaped like a stiff punching bag, so I've been using it, for punches, kicks, and knees. My dad suggested Tae Kwan Doe, but I'm assuming that's nothing that I'd want to do with this. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that'd help. As far as pushups, I am pathetic with them. I can do situps, but the pushups kill me. Usually can't do more than a few of those at a time, but I'll try if that's what it takes.
