Daily Supplement question.

Hey, currently im trying to drop weight, if u want all the info go to my other thread.
regardless i take Xyience Xelerate which helps me to drop weight. now i have a queston some days i only take one, most i take two (one when i wake up one at lunch) and some days i take none. Does this hinder the usefulness of the supplement if take a day off without having it or only have one?

First of all. Xyience is GARBAGE and way overpriced. You can find a better fat burner for half of what they sell it for.

Also supplements won't be effective if you don't use them consistently. Now for your question about how much you take. Refer to the bottle, obviously.

BUT the doses of any supplement will have different effects on people with different body weight or telerance to the supplement. For example some who has never taken the supplement should never really start out with the maximum dose. Someone who weighs 130 pounds shouldn't be taking the same doses as someone who weighs say 300 pounds.

For a great fat burner I'd reccomend Lipo 6 but Nutrex

i'd stay away from the Lipo. they just recalled a ton of them.

Hydroxycut Hardcore is comparable to lipo.
There are others, but i can't really think of the names right now.

whatever you take you need to stick to the regimen and use it as instructed. otherwise, you most likely wont get the desired effect.

if you decrease your caloric intake while using these products you will drop weight a hell of a lot faster. eat like you normally would but keep track of your calories. if you find that your caloric intake is normally between 2200-2600 calories, then cut to 1600-1200 calories. this is the best way to lose weight because you wont gain it back right away and once you hit your target balance your calories out to whatever it takes for you to maintain your target weight. make an effort to maintain that diet and you'll be set bro.
